Every February, Denver has its annual Restaurant Week. Restaurants offer a 3-course dinner for two people for $52.80 (for the non-Denverites, the city's altitude is 5,280 feet). This year, 225 restaurants participated, so it was hard to choose one. I decided on Vita, and it was a fantastic meal! The dining room is beautiful and the front wall is one big window, giving you an amazing view of the city. I would definitely go back.Date Completed: February 21, 2009
